WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Neukölln

Room Heyyyy there, I am subletting my beautiful large room in a 200sqm amazing apartement. Free for 5-6 months, with possibility to take over the contract long term at the end of the sublet. The room is very large, FURNISHED (photos are before furnishing it), with big a window facing East towards the Weichselplatz park and the Maybachufer canal. It’s expensive, i know, but position and quality of the apartment is really above average (we have 4 toilets hehe) Tbh position is incredible, you have to see it to get it. PLUS we have private access to the rooftop, whivh makes the whole apartment even more special. It stays pretty cool during summer, and very warm during winter. It's a good size for working from home, which I do most of the time, finding a variety between working from the desk, living room, or a café nearby. The walls are thick so you're not going to hear anything from the neighbouring rooms! I'm moving out for a limited time, but there is a good chance that you could take over long term, as i might relocate to lisbon long term. Location The apartment is 1 min minutes from Maybachufer and 10 from Hermannplatz station. It's incredibly well situated next to the beautiful Weichselplatz park, and has plenty of nice coffee shops, bars, record stores, and the iconic Weserstraße 5 minutes away. We're also next to the canal, which is beautiful for walks during all seasons. From the rooftop you can see the stars, the sun, the moon, rolling cloud formations, and of course, the TV tower in the distance to the West! Flatshare Type We go along very well and are proud of the vibe in the apartement :) It’s fun and chill to live here! The living space is huge, something everyone comments on when they come visit. We have a large shared living room, large rooftop, large balcony, and 4 toilets available in the flat. We tend to do our own cooking, but occasionally will eat, watch a movie, or play some game-cube together, and have thrown a big party or two. We are a mixed bunch - yoga instructor, tech worker, psychology student, and engineer, with varied hobbies and interests, but generally active and upbeat about what's going on, inviting one another to a plan if it suits. Would love someone who matches that vibe, but isn't expecting a full-on family-WG atmosphere. Our primary language is English, but there are German learners in there, so any language is great as long as your English is of a good standard. Miscellaneous The apartment is also available fot a month or two, if that suits better. It's rented through the Hauptmieter, Felix, who is the contract-holder. I'm moving out for a limited time, but there is a chance that you could take over long term. Please write me for a viewing
