I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting from November 1st. The location is ideal, just a 3-minute walk from the U2 Theresienstraße subway station and close to the city center. There are also several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, such as Lidl and REWE, as well as dm, a pharmacy, and other shops and amenities. The apartment is shared with two workers. Ideally, we are looking for someone who works (or is finishing the studies), is friendly, tidy, and clean. We put a lot of care and attention into keeping the apartment clean and well maintained, so we’re looking for someone who shares this mindset
