The flat is located in a nice area between Alcantara and Ajuda and has supermarkets, restaurants and cafés in its vicinity. The flat has a cozy and spacious living room, a sun room (balcony) and a fully equipped kitchen. Your bedroom is the one with the table with the monitor in it in the picture - it will be delivered unfurnished. I am a 31 y.o. PhD student from Belgium. I like running and dancing, as well as hiking, travel, music,... As a flatmate I am tidy and respectful. I am looking for a flatmate who, like me, enjoys a peaceful and cozy home atmosphere that is sociable but also relaxed :). Looking for someone planning to stay long term! I have a very cute 1.5 year old cat, so liking cats is a bonus!
