WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Friedrichshain

Riverside WG with 2 amazing roomates. Alex (29) and Baptiste (28), both engineers working Full time. Flat is in a new building with all expenses already included in the rent (electricity and Internet also included!). The bedroom was fully furnished by me and I can leave all furniture for the future tenant (As I have bought some new furniture I was thinking of asking some money back, nothing crazy, and taking into account my usage in the price). It’s a friends WG, each one buys their food and we split cleaning utilities and occasional things needed for the flat. Occasionally cooking together and having friends around for dinner or small gatherings from time to time. Alex and Baptiste party occasionally but most of the time it’s mostly sports, watching a movie together or going around the city. Anmeldung is possibly and actually mandatory, as your name would be included in the rental contract with the Landlord. The rent is 977€ warm with all inclusive. Deposit for the flat is 2700€ (circa 3 months rent as usual). Given all the bureaucracy above we are only looking for a LONG TERM roomate :) If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out! :)
