WG-Zimmer in Saint-Gilles, Sint-Gillis

Beautiful Room available in Saint-Gilles! ☀️ I am looking for someone to take over my room starting on 01. Dezember 2026. The room is available in a lovely shared house with 7 other roommates, and the bathroom is shared with only two other people. Since the house is really big and everyone has their own schedule, it never gets too crowded. But we like to enjoy dinner together and spend the evening from time to time. We also appreciate a clean space. The languages spoken in the house are mainly French and English, so we welcome internationals! The roommates are working, students, or interns, and there is no requirement for anything (including age or gender). Long- and short-term is possible; a 6-month or 1-year contract is preferred, but it can be negotiated. The rent is 790€ all-inclusive, with utensils, furniture, and cleaning once a week. The place is well connected to line 4, a lot of buses, and within a little walking distance of lines 2 and 6. Virtual and in-person viewings are possible! Send me a pn if you are interested ☺️
