WG-Zimmer in München, Obergiesing-Fasangarten

Hello! I’m moving out of my 2 people shared apartment and my room will be available. Location: Schwanseestraße 4A. Right next to Giesing station (1 min walking). U2 and line 18 of tram to Fraunhoferstraße. It has a DM, HIT Supermarket, Pennys, couple pharmacies less than 5 mins walking. Move in date: Ideally around the 1st of December, but it can be sooner. Date is very flexible. Warm rent: 900€ (including internet as well). Size of the room: Around 17m2. It has a 180x200cm bed with storage room below it, wardrobe with full size mirrors, desk and chair. The apartment has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, living room, TV and a small balcony. There’s a washing machine and a drier in the basement. The roommate: He’s a masters student and really nice. He has 2 pet snakes (they’re in a special cage in his room and they’re non venomous). Heads-up: The bottom drawer of the freezer is currently used to store frozen mice (food for the pet snakes), as well as a bird. Everything is properly contained and kept frozen.
