Hey everyone! 🫶🏻 I’m looking for someone to take over the second room in my flat, as my lovely flatmate is relocating for work. Location-wise, it’s in a great spot - about a 10-minute bike ride to Battersea Power Station and tucked in between Oval, Stockwell, and Brixton. Rent is £1,350 per month excluding bills, around £1,500 all in (including WiFi, council tax, and utilities). A bit about me: I’m 26, work full-time in the music industry, and usually work from home 3–4 days a week. I love concerts, fashion, cooking, and baking, and I’m always up for a wine night or shared dinner, but also appreciate quiet time and personal space
