Gut zu wissen

We’re a couple from Spain and the US, renting out a cozy room! We’ve traveled the world together, love hosting people, and both work online in marketing. Our home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom + 1 half bath, fully equipped kitchen, spacious saloon (living room), laundry, and a smaller extra room we use as a quiet workspace. The flat gets plenty of natural sunlight all day and has a charming interior terrace with big windows. We’re in an amazing location just a short walk to Rocafort, Poble Sec, and Sant Antoni metro stations, making it super easy to get anywhere in Barcelona. The neighborhood is full of cute cafés, restaurants, and shops, and only a 10-minute walk from Montjuïc✨
