Hi loves! I'm looking for a lovely, openly communicative and a harmonious person to share my apartment with. I wish to rent out a furnished room in my apartment in Gesundbrunnen (near the Gesundbrunnen S-Bahn and U-Bahn station). Interested parties, preferably female students, who value cleanliness are welcome to contact me. The monthly rent is €650 (all inclusive). A security deposit of two months' rent is required. Registration is possible after the minimum rental period (2 months). There's a shopping center, cafes, restaurants, bars, and Turkish supermarkets nearby. Two small dogs live in the apartment; they don't shed and are very easy to care for (I bathe them after every walk; they're almost like cats). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment; the common areas must be kept clean, and any items used must be left clean.
