hey dear flatfriendz, I am renting out my cozy space for 10 days at the end of the month- 21.01-31.01., please feel welcome to let me know in case of a necessary retreat towards south of Berlin. My contract is for 600 a month warm, that's the reason I rent it out accordingly /3 for the 10 days of stay. There are no expectations on identity as long as you act respectfully and responsibly towards my flatmates. It is a cozy space with artists. Playing music in the living room is warmly welcomed, where we have a djembe, a guitar and a small sound system. The living room with a balcony is mixed with a furnished kitchen, which contributes to creating a space where activities can be enjoyed together. Although the flat appears far from the city, that is a misconception. As it is located 5 minutes away from S Schöneweide, takes you to Ostkreuz within 10 minutes with a regional train. Moreover, even if the S trains don't run towards Südkreuz (S46,S47) or Warschauer and Spandau (S9), there are multiple other trains, 165, 265 buses, multiple trams (21 most importantly). It makes the flat well-connected. Kaufland is the main supermarket option as it's the closest to us - also 5 minutes walking distance, Edeka takes 8 mins. Love
