Gut zu wissen

I found this place two years ago and I love it! It’s in my favorite neighborhood in Berlin, everything is around the corner but still very quiet in this Hof oasis. I have a bunch of music equipment so I would like someone who is mindful and takes good care of a flat. No parties but neighbors are cool and music is not problem. You will have to take care of my plants but they don’t require as much attention in the winter months so easy. The cats in the hallway are always a pleasant surprise when coming home :)
