WG-Zimmer in Amsterdam, Noordelijke IJ-oevers

I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished room in Amsterdam Noord from mid-November until late December. The dates are flexible, ideally 13 November–27 December 2026. The apartment is on Bercylaan, right next to the A’DAM Tower, on the 11th floor with beautiful views over Amsterdam. There’s a 24/7 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal just around the corner. A few details: - Rent: €1,100/month, including all utilities, prorated for partial months - Room: Fully furnished - Registration: Not possible - Flatmates: You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 31-year-old Canadian woman who works full-time and her cat 🐈 Ideally, I’m looking for a woman aged 25+ who is working, considerate and tidy. International tenants are very welcome! If you’re interested, please send me a message with your preferred dates and a few sentences about yourself and your plans in Amsterdam. Looking forward to hearing from you!
