I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished room from October 15th in this super lovely apartment in Villapark, one of the nicest areas of Maastricht. The apartment is beautifully furnished in a cozy Scandinavian style and has a direct view of the Maas. It has a front garden and a large terrace at the back overlooking the garden behind the house. Location - 5 min by bike to Tapijn - less than 10 min by bike to the city centre - beautiful and quiet neighbourhood right by the Maas Costs - €680 monthly rent - €1,000 deposit (fully refundable at the end of your stay) - €600 for the furniture takeover The apartment is on the upper floor of the house and is a two-person shared apartment with another lovely girl. The shared spaces include a beautiful open kitchen and dining/living room, the amazing terrace and the bathroom. We’re looking for someone who enjoys living in a shared apartment and would be happy to spend some time together, cooking dinner sometimes or chatting in the kitchen. Of course, everyone has their own life as well. The room is available from October 15th, and we’re looking for someone who can stay until the end of August 2027. If you’re interested, please send me a short intro about yourself and let me know how long you’re planning to stay. Maybe we’ll get to know each other soon! 🫶🏼
