Price is to be discussed!! From November 1st, a 15 m² room in a shared 2-person apartment in Jungbusch will be available for sublet. The sublet is initially temporary, but if it works well for both sides, a longer stay is definitely possible. :) My flatmate and I used to live here together. We separated amicably a few months ago, and I’ll be moving out on November 1st, so my room will become available. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a fully furnished shared living room that you’re welcome to use. Your future room is directly connected to the living room. The apartment is located on a quiet side street in Jungbusch, so it’s peaceful while still being very central. Jungbusch’s bars and nightlife are about a 10-minute walk away, as is the city center around Abendakademie. The MVV-Hochhaus tram stop is less than 5 minutes away, with very good connections across Mannheim. Mannheim University and DHBW Mannheim are also easy to reach. For everyday needs, Penny is about 5 minutes away, and around Abendakademie you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and a John Reed gym. The canal promenade and the Neckar are also close by, making the area great for walking, running, cycling or relaxing by the water in summer. One important thing: you should be comfortable around cats. No cats live in the apartment permanently, but my two cats may occasionally visit for a short time. Of course, they don’t have to enter your room if you prefer.
