I am looking for someone to take over my lease of a bedroom (+ own bathroom) in a bright and large flat perfectly located in Islington - at Coal Drop Yards (5 Min to Kings Cross). I am looking to move between Dec 22 and Jan 31, happy to discuss and be very flexible about the date. You will be living with Christoph, a friendly, outgoing and very active flatmate who enjoys Cross Fit, cooking and socialising. Rent is £1,800 per person + wifi/electricity and tax (E). You will have your own bedroom and bathroom (!) and share the spacious kitchen/lounge area. There is also enough space in the lounge for both tenants to work from home (desk and monitor available).
