Welcome to my new home. Favourite area and place I lived in so far! A bright, sunny Altbau flat in the heart of Kreuzkölln, where Kreuzberg meets Neukölln. Many people say this is the best area in Berlin, and I agree. Step outside and you're in the middle of it all: restaurants, cafés, the canal, anything you're looking for in Berlin. The flat has a south-facing balcony and is unusually bright and sunny. Very rare for Berlin. One bedroom with a big bed for two. A stylish living room with a comfortable workspace and art. Modern kitchen and bathroom.. also rare for a Berlin Altbau. The bedroom faces the backyard, so even in the middle of buzzing Kreuzkölln, it's quiet at night. I was an Airbnb host for almost 15 years, and sharing my home is genuinely one of my favorite things. Use everything in the flat. The neighbors are great too but please no noise during quiet hours or parties. Message me if you have questions.
