My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely shared apartment, so we are looking for two girls to take over our rooms and join our current flatmate, who will be staying. *The Apartment* The apartment is a lovely three-person, girls-only WG located in Flingern-Nord, one of Düsseldorf's nicest neighbourhoods. Both available rooms are bright and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The difference between the two rooms is the size - One is 13 sqm - The other is 18 Sqmt The apartment also includes: A shared kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. A bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine Extra storage space in the basemen *Location* The apartment is located in Flingern-Nord, a lively and charming neighbourhood with everything you need nearby, including supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, ice cream shops and small boutiques. The public transport connections are excellent: Uhlandstraße U-Bahn station is 10 minute walking. The city centre and Altstadt are about 15 minutes away. Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof can be reached in approximately 15 minutes walking. Wehrhahn S-Bahn and Flingern S-Bahn station are within walking distance. *Rent & Availability* The rent is 635€ (small room) and 680€ (big room) per month (warm), including utilities and internet. *Who Are We Looking For?* We are looking for two friendly, cheerful and tidy girls who would love to become part of a nice shared apartment.
