The room is spacious with a lot of natural lighting and faces a pretty quiet road. The bed is big and comfortable and the closet has a lot of room for storing. It is 5 minutes by foot to train and metro station Harras. 1 minute by foot to Ortlerstraße bus station and Margaretenplatz and Baumgartnerstraße are both like 10 minutes by foot. There is a Rewe, Lotto and a pharmacy on the other side of the road, and new small café opened. Am Harras square is like 10 minutes by foot and on the way is a DM and an Edeka and a lot more stores to get everything you need. Westpark is 5 minutes away and offers a space to take a walk and relax or enjoy a few drinks with friends at the Gans am Wasser :) Both of my current roommates are moving out. One of them already found a new tenant, named Marcel. He is 20 years old and is studying dually. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me!
