Gut zu wissen

A beautiful and bright studio apartment right next to the university and the English Garden. I'd like to rent my apartment from the 4th till the 23rd of June. Preferably a girl who would keep it clean and not make too much noise. It's really spacious and has a large terrace. It includes a small kitchen and a bathroom, perfect for 1 person. For the 3 weeks, I’m asking for a total of 800, plus a deposit for insurance. The dates can be renegotiated as I might be away for longer.
