65 m² apartment by Lietzensee · Charlottenburg · November–December Hi everyone! I’m renting out my apartment on Wundtstraße, right by Lietzenseepark, while I’m away from Berlin in November and December. The apartment has high ceilings, wooden parquet floors and built-in bookshelves. There’s a furnished bedroom, a living area with a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional room of approximately 15 m² that will be unfurnished. It’s a cosy, personal home, ideal for someone looking for a temporary base in Charlottenburg. Dates: November–December 2026, exact dates to be arranged. Alternatively, I’m also considering renting out just the unfurnished room (for a smaller price ofc) as part of a two-person flatshare with me. If that interests you, please mention it in your message so we can discuss dates and details separately. Send me a little introduction about yourself and the dates you’re looking for
