Gut zu wissen

(Following text in english, but german english is both fine) I’m looking for a new tenant to move into my room in beautiful Munich Bogenhausen by August 1st! :) The rent includes everything including internet, furniture, heating costs, washing machine + dryer, etc. so there is nothing you need to take care of as a tenant besides your own room and keeping the common space clean ✨ The 5 flatmates (2 girls, 3 guys) are super nice and sociable, I pretty much moved city once I moved in so unfortunately didn’t get to hang around but I know everyone is very open. If you have any further questions let me know, otherwise we’re excited to hear from you ☺️
