WG-Zimmer in München, Ramersdorf-Perlach

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a fully renovated 5-room WG. The Location: It’s a 10-minute walk to Neuperlach Zentrum U-Bahn station (lines U4 and U5), so getting around Munich is super easy. The PEP shopping mall is also right there, which is ideal for groceries and everyday stuff. The Apartment: The flat is fully renovated and really comfortable to live in. Shared spaces include a kitchen, a balcony, and the best part: 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, so you never have to wait in line in the morning. Washing machine and dryer are also included and free to use. The Flatmates & WG Life: It’s a very relaxed, easy-going setup. Everyone is a student with their own routine, so the flat rarely feels crowded. We mostly do our own thing, but we keep things clean and organized without any stress—we just coordinate house chores through a quick WhatsApp group. The Details: Rent: €725 / month (all utilities included) Deposit: €1500 If you’re interested, drop me a message with a short introduction about yourself!
