my roommate is going on vacation and will sublet his room for maximum 1 month. Flat is shared with 1 other roommate (me!). queer-friendly household. your room is fully furnished: bed (90cm x 200cm), desk (80cm x 70cm, extendable to 120cm), chair, shelf, clothes hanger, bedside table. on the 5th floor without elevator. shared spaces: Spacious living room, washing machine, oven, tub. 350€ is inclusive of internet, electricity, gas/heating. to be paid upfront. It’s important for me (and you!) to have a safe space and a harmonious co-living situation so it would be great if you share a little bit about yourself. Note: 1 cat resides in the flat! So i have a preference for someone who has lived with cats before, or are very well acquainted with them. ⚠️ Minoxidil is fatal to cats so i cannot have someone who uses it, sorry. - Prime location in Zentrum-West. 3 min walk from Elli’s 24/7 Automaten Späti /Kiosk, and the Gottschedstr tram stop. Konsum and Apotheke right across.
