Hello & Hallo! 🌸 Looking for a new flatmate for our cozy girls’ shared apartment! We are Martina and Diana, two Latinas looking for a third flatmate to share our home with. Our apartment has a warm, relaxed atmosphere while still being well-organized. We want everyone to feel comfortable, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel too. The room * Approximately 12 m² * Partially furnished (the current landlady wants to sell her furniture, so she is asking for €75 for it). * Rent: €550 per month (electricity, water and internet are included in the price). The apartment * A small, cozy living room * A large kitchen, perfect for cooking together and chatting * A bathroom with a washing machine Who we are Martina is from Bolivia (she is moving in on November 1st) and studies Business Administration. She enjoys meeting friends, doing different sports and bringing positive energy into the apartment. I’m Diana, I’m from Venezuela and I’m doing vocational training in e-commerce. In my free time, I love dancing, and I’m also a plant mom 🌿, so don’t be surprised by all the greenery in our apartment. We speak German, Spanish and English, and there’s often good food, music and long conversations in the kitchen. Who we’re looking for Order and cleanliness are really important to us. They’re not minor details for us, but the foundation of living well together. That’s why we’re looking for a girl who: * Is tidy and clean, especially in the kitchen and bathroom * Is organized and follows the cleaning schedule * Washes the dishes right away and leaves shared spaces as she found them * Is reliable and keeps agreements * Is considerate and respectful towards others If you’re more of a messy person or cleaning isn’t really your thing, unfortunately, we probably won’t be a good match. We don’t mean this in a bad way; we just want to be honest from the beginning. 😊 Apart from that, we’re pretty relaxed! If something doesn’t work out or something bothers you, you can talk to us about it openly. We prefer to discuss things directly and kindly and find a solution together. We’re not looking for someone who smokes cigarettes every day 🚭. We’re fine with occasional weed smoking, as long as it doesn’t bother anyone (Diana smokes 🤫).
