The room will be available from the end of December, for as long as you’d like to stay. There are 12 people living in the 5-floor house, and everyone is really nice and easy-going. The area is quiet and well connected the house is just one train stop away from Nova (about 5 minutes by bus or a 12-minute walk to the station). You’ll have access to: • A swimming pool • Two kitchens • A bathroom shared with only two other people • A lounge with a projector • A games room with a pool table Cleaners come every week, and the landlords are really kind, they even give you a short tour of the neighborhood when you move in. It’s a very comfortable and friendly place to live.
