Hi there! I’m José Pablo. I’m writing to introduce ourselves so you know who you’d be sharing the flat with, as we’re looking for a new roommate to join us starting in June. Currently, the flat is shared by Alex, who’s from Granada and works as a programmer, and myself, an architect. We are looking for someone who plans to stay in Madrid long-term. Our current roommate is moving out in mid-June, so we are prioritizing candidates who can move in around those dates. Starting in July isn't our first choice, but we’re open to discussing it if we find the right fit. We believe the best way to get to know each other is to meet in person and show you the flat. However, if you’re not in Madrid at the moment, we can arrange a video call to chat and give you a virtual tour. If you're interested, please let us know your intended length of stay in Madrid and your availability for a visit or a call. We look forward to hearing from you to coordinate a time. Best regards!
