Wohnung in Berlin, Friedrichshain

Since we will be out of town for a while we are offering our beautiful apartment in Friedrichshain for a sublet. It's a fantastic classy Berlin place with high ceilings, a wooden floor and a bright bathroom. There is also a balcony facing south. It is fully furnitured and equipped, no need to bring anything except a suitcase. The flat is quite big for one person and can easily host 2 people/a couple. This is our home, so I would love to rent it out to someone who also treats it as such (and maybe waters my plants once in a while).
