Room Someone canceled on us just recently so we’re looking for someone new to join our cute casa. Short term from September 1st until end of march/april27 We’re two fems living here & one male (who is barely around). The room in old apartment style: wooden floors, high ceilings, good daylight room! It has a typical Berlin bed of palletts. Only need new sheets since those will be taken when move out. Winters get cold here. Mattress is pretty new. A clothing wreck, a wooden thing to put books etc. if you need a desk- lemme know. Theres a glass door going to my office. There’s a thick curtain on your side of the room. So far never been an issue. Our apartment is above a bar, its a chill typical german type of bar. The area is not busy so it doesnt get rowdy around here. They stick to their opening by hours and that’s not late. We’ve never really had issues w them in 10yrs. Location Supermarket Edeka, späti, pizzeria, bakery, turkish food, pharmacy - all exactly our neighbours. Also a hospital in the street for emergencies. A flower shop and ice cream right around the corner. Lidl, rossmann, bigger edeka is 10/15min by foot. We’re in the middle of stations Heidelberger Platz, Blissestrasse, Bundesplatz . Ringbahn, u7,u9,u3, bus 101. Flatshare Type We’re creative people in the house. Busy but like to hang out together too. Movie nights or cowork at a café each other locked in w their laptops. We’re easy going but all neurodivergent too- so we do appreciate a calm cute cosy home. We dont have parties in our apartment. This is our safe space where we recharge energies. Our neighbours are families w kids, older people. We’re a calm neighbourhood. Big kitchen - fully equipped. Big bathroom.
