WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Neukölln

Looking for a flatmate (26 and up) for an unfurnished ~13sqm room in my 80sqm 3.5 room flat in Neukölln. The flat is located on the top floor (6th floor with elevator) of a building in the street that connects Sonnenallee and Rathaus Neukölln. While the room is not huge, the flat has plenty of space, a nice kitchen, bathroom with a tub/shower, a cozy living room and a dining area in the hall in front of a glass front to the balcony. We also have storage available in the basement. I used to live here with one of my best friends who now moved in with his girlfriend around the corner but as I can‘t really fill the space on my own and do enjoy some company, I‘m searching for a person to move in from Nov 1 (or later on request). Ideally, this would be long term with the option to become a shared main tenant after some time. I‘m working a lot and am rarely home, but when I am, I like (vegetarian) cooking, making coffee, going for a neighborhood stroll and having great food or drinks in one of the many restaurants, cafés or bars in the area. I also love watching movies on my short distance projector (which you can obv use) or one of the great Yorck cinemas in the area and occasionally go to the gym/Beat81 or for gravel bike rides (yeah, quarter life crisis is calling) In general, the area is super diverse, public transport is 3 mins away and grocery shopping is as good as it gets. For food and drinks, you can have both very honest and down-to-earth options on the big streets (Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Str.) or the more fancy in many of the side streets. Many interesting new bars, cafes and galleries regularly open in walking distance. Ideal move-in date will be November 1st, but a slightly later date could be discussed.
