I’m subletting my room in a beautiful 140 sqm Altbau shared flat in the heart of Bergmannkiez, Kreuzberg, right by Südstern (U-Bahn). The location is honestly unbeatable. The room is around 30 sqm, sun-filled, with classic Altbau wooden floors, high ceilings and a very cozy, thoughtfully furnished interior. It opens up to a huge planted balcony, which makes the room feel like a real little oasis in the city. The flat is shared with two other women, both working professionals. We’re a calm, very clean and nicely designed WG that values a respectful and comfortable living atmosphere. Everything in the room can be used. I’m renting it out while I’m in Brazil, and I’m happy to hear from people who will treat the space with care and appreciation. If this sounds like your vibe, I’d love to hear from you 🌿
