Wohnung in Berlin, Kreuzberg

Hello! We’ll be spending the winter in Brazil and would love to put our home in Berlin-Kreuzberg into good hands while we’re away. Our apartment is a spacious, cosy place with plenty of old Berlin charm, beautiful wooden floorboards and a relaxed atmosphere. We’ve furnished it with lots of love and would be happy to find a lovely couple who will feel just as at home here as we do. The apartment With approximately 90 m², the apartment offers plenty of space to settle in and enjoy life in Berlin: * Two separate, bright rooms * A spacious kitchen-living area at the heart of the apartment (with one room serving as a walk-through) * Bathroom and separate toilet * A handy laundry room * Located on the 4th floor of a classic Berlin Altbau building, with no balcony and no lift * Fully furnished and equipped This is our personal home, furnished with character and designed to feel warm and welcoming. There’s plenty of room for cooking and eating together, working from home, relaxing and enjoying some time to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the rest of the household. All you really need to bring is your suitcase and you can settle straight in. Who we’re looking for We’d especially love to find a nice couple looking for a beautiful, well-equipped home in Berlin for a few months – whether you’re here for work, a project or simply to enjoy the Berlin winter.
