The room is available from August in a shared apartment in the St. Peter/Gleißhammer area of southeastern Nuremberg. The room is approximately 15 m² and with a big south-facing window. The WG occupies two connected apartments on the second floor and includes a cozy kitchen, living room, storage/laundry room, bathroom and two toilets. Rent is including utilities! The location is central yet quiet, with excellent public transport connections. Buses run frequently and reach Nuremberg Central Station in about 10 minutes. An S-Bahn station and tram stop are both within a five-minute walk. Shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and other daily necessities are nearby. Universities and recreational areas such as Wöhrder See and Dutzendteich are easily accessible. The future flatmate should be comfortable living with cats, since two are living here. The current residents are Luna, Moritz, and Nico. They enjoy cooking (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals), watching movies, playing video games, and spending time together. The atmosphere is open, creative, sociable and respectful, while also valuing privacy and honest communication. The WG is looking for a friendly, open-minded person who would like to be part of a relaxed and community-oriented household.
