🏠 All-Female 4-person WG for rent starting November in Frankfurt! Posted in housing groups Due to personal reasons, I am preparing to move out and am subletting my current room. You can move in and sign the contract directly with the landlord. 📍 Location is really great, in Hansaallee • 10 min walk to Frankfurt School of Finance and Management • 5 min walk to Goethe University Westend Campus • 5 min walk to U1/U2/U3/U8 subway station, 3 min walk to M32/M36 bus stops • About 5 mins walk to REWE and dm; roughly 13 mins to the city center, and under 20 mins to Frankfurt Hbf. It's very convenient for daily commuting to school, grocery shopping, and going shopping. 🏡 Room & WG Details It's a 4-person all-female WG. The room is about 19㎡, gets great natural light, and is very spacious. The room comes with a 1.8m large bed, height-adjustable office desk, desk lamp, wardrobe, and storage cabinets—lots of storage space. Additionally, there is a basement available for storing luggage and miscellaneous items. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a washer-dryer combo and dry/wet separation. The kitchen has a large double-door fridge, oven, microwave, and the landlord provides plenty of plates and cups that you can use directly. 💰 780€/month Warm Rent Includes water + electricity + TV/radio license fee (GEZ). Basically no additional extra costs. 📄 Contract You will sign an official contract directly with the landlord. Minimum lease term is 1 year. If you need to move out midway later on, you can find a "Nachmieter" (subsequent tenant) to take over. If you want to do short term rent, we can discuss about it. The landlord is Chinese, so communication is very convenient and they reply quickly.
