The apartment is well located 2 minutes walk from U1 and Tram lines 20,21. There are two big parks reachable by foot the Olympia Park and Nymphenburg. There are also lots odf restaurants, cafes, supermarkets just a fee minutes away. Munichs best ice cream shop is a 10 minute walk away:)) We live here with two of my friends, both of whom will only be here partially, as we are all going home for the semester break:)) The apartement is very well lit, doesn’t heat up that much in the summer, there is a really big inner garden. It is very important to us to keep the place clean so I am looking for a friendly, organised person!
