The room is on the top floor of a 5 story house. The whole top floor is more or less privatised and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. We all share the living rooms (one on ground floor & one on first floor) as well as a laundry room on the 1st floor. We have a private garden that I am currently working on myself, but the magic is slowly happening to turn it into our little oasis. The house is situated in a square, and we have access to the residential square garden if you want a more tame garden to relax in 🤗 Some things to note: - we are 2 girls and share the house with my 2 lovely cats ♥️ if you are not comfortable with animals, this is sadly not the home for you :( - While the top floor is privatised, I am currently renovating the staircase, ground and bottom floor of the house as well as the front facade of the house. There are builders in the house during weekdays for this reason, but we have been working with them for a year and they have become a part of the family. Any concerns, please let me know :) - We really want whoever lives with us to become a part of our home ♥️ We are super easy going and open minded individuals and would love for a likeminded individual to join our home 😇
