The kitchen is shared with 11 other people (I believe that most of them will be gone by June/July) and cleaned twice a week by the staff. Free access to the hotel gym. Access to all common areas (pool table, ping pong tables,..). Rooms are cleaned once a month. Access to washing machines and dryers in the common area. Good wifi. Discount in hotel restaurant. Good location, close to the city center, train station, and universities in The Hague. Rent is all included (water, wifi, and electricity). This is a takeover of my contract (no sublease), so registration is possible.
