(The photo is AI because the apartment is currently under renovation) Hello! Me, Hedvig, and Tingyue will be starting Master's degrees at LMU Munich this October, and we are looking for a fourth girl who is responsible and tidy to live with us. We are an international group and the language to communicate in the apartment will be English :) We haven't moved in yet, but the apartment is very bright and all the furniture will be new ✨ There will be a furnished kitchen, a shared guest WC and a shared bathroom with a washing machine, plus additional storage space in the basement. The available bedroom will have a balcony, which is shared with one other bedroom. The rent is €720 cold + €110 for utilities (water, electricity, heating and internet), and the deposit is 3 months of cold rent. The apartment is well connected with public transportation and you can reach Marienplatz in 30 minutes. If you are interested, please send us a message sharing a little bit about yourself and what you'll be doing in Munich :) We can send more details about the apartment as soon as we think you're a good fit, and we would love to schedule a video call to see how we get along.
