Wohnung in Berlin, Wilmersdorf

Sunny Altbau Studio Sublet in Berlin – €650/month ☀️ I’m subletting my beloved 30 sqm studio apartment in Berlin. The apartment is fully furnished and perfect for someone who wants a calm, cozy Berlin summer experience without the chaos of the city center. The apartment: • Beautiful Berliner Altbau with lovely hardwood floors • Extremely sunny, especially in the kitchen • Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, sink, and washing machine • Spacious walk-in closet with lots of storage • Modern renovated bathroom with a cozy atmosphere and shower cubicle • Full-length mirror, large bookshelf, dressing table, pink couch, and single bed The neighborhood: • Very peaceful, friendly, and family-oriented • Right near both an S-Bahn Ringbahn station and a U-Bahn station • Beautiful in the summer and well connected to the rest of Berlin This apartment has honestly been such a comforting little home for me, and I’d love for someone to enjoy it while I’m away. I’ll remove most personal items beforehand, and I’m also happy to take down decorations if preferred. Rent: €650/month Available for: Jan - April 2027 Message me if interested ✨
