We’re a 4-person FLINTA flatshare in Hermannstraße looking for someone to sublet a 40 m² furnished room with fireplace and balcony view from 1 Sep 2025–1 Feb 2026 (€740/month). No living room, so this room is sometimes used as communal space (balcony, dining, laundry) by agreement. Flat renovated in 2022: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, big bathroom + extra WC, 2 balconies. We’re friendly, respectful, clean, left-leaning, and value both community and privacy. Great location near Tempelhofer Feld, Schillerkiez, cafés & parks. Tell us about yourself, your hobbies, WG experience, and fav food—include email/phone.
