Hey lovely flatsforfriendz community! 🌿 In our flat, a room will be available for FLINTA person. Rent is 580€ total and includes weekly organic veggies. The 100€ deposit is fully refundable if the room and keys are returned in good condition. Please pay half the rent upon signing the contract to confirm and avoid last-minute cancellations. The 16m² room is furnished (with a loft bed) and has plants to water weekly. It’s part of a 180m² Altbau flat with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 mins from Baumschulenweg station. We’re in our mid-30s and enjoy solidarity, playfulness, and calmness and try to reconnect every 2 weeks. We speak German and English. Looking forward to receiving a message!
