Heyy 😊 we just secured an amazing apartment super close to Nova SBE (literally ~100m 😄) and are now looking for another person or ideally a couple to join us! 🙌 * Rent: €625 / month per person (if we are 4 people) * Deposit: €625 * Time: 15.07.2026 - 20.12.2026 The apartment: * 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (so basically one each 👀) * HUGE 60m² terrace with barbecue 🌅🍖 * Big kitchen + cozy living room with couch & TV About us: We’re Katharina (25) and Jannis (23), a couple from Germany :)) * currently in our 2nd semester at Nova SBE * super easy-going, clean, and social * love surfing, football, beach volleyball, tennis basically anything outdoors 🏄‍♂️⚽ * we cook a lot (mostly vegetarian 😄) We’re looking for another couple/person who’s up for a nice, relaxed vibe at home - hanging out and also respecting everyone’s space of course 🙌 If that sounds like you (or you know someone), just shoot us a message! 😊
