WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Charlottenburg

Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate, a beautiful 17 sqm room available starting November 1st. €700 all-inclusive (internet, GEZ, electricity, hot water), Anmeldung possible. The apartment is 83 sqm Altbau with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and one living room), a balcony; it’s very quiet, Gartenhaus. 4th floor, no elevator. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The landlord renovated the apartment in 2021 and furnished it. It comes with a 180cm bed, a wardrobe and a table; it is tastefully furnished. Let me know if it sounds like a fit:) Best, Furkan
