The room is located on the first floor and, at approximately 24 square meters, offers plenty of space to relax and work. It opens onto a balcony and is filled with natural light thanks to two large double windows. Due to its east-facing orientation and private balcony, the room is particularly bright and pleasant in the morning. The toilet and shower are on the same floor and are therefore easily accessible. Blankets, bedding, and towels are provided and available for use. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into from day one; naturally, all the furniture shown in the photos is included. The house is located in a quiet, green residential area in southern Berlin, surrounded by nature. Schlachtensee Lake is within walking distance and is a popular spot for swimming and relaxing, especially in the summer. Supermarkets, a medical center, and coffee shops are all within a 10- to 15-minute walk. Transportation: The Schlachtensee and Nikolassee S-Bahn stations are a 10-minute walk away. The S1 takes you quickly to the city center (e.g., Schöneberg or Kreuzberg in about 25 minutes), and the S7 takes you to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof in about 12 minutes. Freie Universität is about a 10-minute bike ride away! The University of Potsdam is a 35-minute S-Bahn ride away! The shared apartment is made up entirely of students—four in total. You could be the lucky fourth person! The shared apartment values communal living, as the house offers an exceptional amount of shared space: a large living room with sofas, a separate dining room for shared meals, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and SodaStream, as well as a sunny sunroom.
