Gut zu wissen

Apartment is 92m, facing south, and is super bright and sunny, with a balcony. The apartment is altbau and renovated, level 4 vorderhaus and furnished. Offering my large, fully furnished room with a balcony overlooking the trees and beautiful buildings opposite. Living with 1 other girl, and sharing a large lounge/dining room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Super perfect location in Pberg near Schonhauser allee. Few mins walk to U2, M1, M12 & S-bahn. Lots of great restaurants and bars all around the area. Really beautiful and fun place to stay with a fun, kind housemate. We are a social house and enjoy getting a wine together or dinner. No parties at the house. Looking for someone short term while I am away, possibility to extend into March.
