Gut zu wissen

Hi everyone! 😊 My boyfriend is subletting a beautiful 168 sqm penthouse apartment on two levels for one year (with the possibility of extension). It comes with a lovely terrace and is located in Schwabing, right between Giselastraße and Münchner Freiheit metro stations — both just a 5-minute walk away. There’s also a REWE supermarket right downstairs. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, in a very quiet and pleasant area, with really friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is very close to the English Garden and full of lovely shops, cafés, and restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished with new, stylish furniture and is perfect for a couple. If you’re interested in seeing it, feel free to message me! 🌿
