I’m renting out my room over the summer, from the beginning of July until the end of September — the dates are flexible. The bright, renovated 3-bedroom apartment is modern and fully equipped with everything you need. There is an elevator in the building, as well as a basement storage room for bikes. The two bedrooms are separated by the hallway and the living room, so you can easily have your own space and still enjoy plenty of peace and privacy. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine in the apartment. The furniture in the shared areas will of course stay in the apartment as well. The apartment is located in a central area in the popular 8th district, Josefstadt, and has great public transport connections. The nearest tram stop is only a one-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The city center and the University of Vienna can both be reached in around 15 minutes. There is a bakery right across the street. You’ll also find plenty of supermarkets nearby: the closest BILLA is only a 3-minute walk away, Hofer is about 5 minutes away, and Spar is also easy to reach. On top of that, there are lots of cafés and restaurants in the area. Since both of us are subletting our rooms, there will be one other person living in the shared apartment over the summer. Simonne is a 21 year old girl from Bulgaria doing an internship in Vienna. We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and clean :)
