Hello everyone, we're subletting our apartment in Paris for the month of July! The apartment is located in the 13th arrondissement, near the Campo-Formio metro station. It is 48 square meters and is on the first floor. It has three rooms (2 bedrooms, a dining room), a renovated bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher). There is also a washing machine. The windows face the courtyard, so it’s never too noisy. Metro lines 5, 6, and 7 are all within easy reach. The Jardin des Plantes is right next door, and you can be at the Seine in 10 minutes. Sie ist 48m2 groß und liegt im 1. Stock. Sie hat drei Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer, ein Esszimmer), ein saniertes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, Tiefkühltruhe, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine). Eine Waschmaschine gibt es ebenfalls. Die Fenster reichen in den Innenhof, somit ist es nie zu laut. Die Metrolinien 5, 6 und 7 sind alle schnell erreichbar. Il comprend trois pièces (2 chambres et une salle à manger), une salle de bain rénovée, ainsi qu’une cuisine entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Il y a également une machine à laver. Les fenêtres donnent sur la cour, l’appartement est toujours calme. Les lignes de métro 5, 6 et 7 sont facilement accessibles. Le Jardin des Plantes est juste à côté, et vous pouvez rejoindre la Seine en 10 minutes.
