Your room in our international 5-person flatshare We are an international flatshare of five people, aged between 24 and 26, located between Leuchtenbergring and Ostbahnhof. Aura is from Colombia, Stefan from Germany, and Michaela and Emma are from Italy. We are definitely not a typical flatshare where everyone just lives next to each other. We enjoy hanging out in the kitchen, having a chat or spontaneously doing something together. At the same time, we are all quite busy and often on the go, whether because of travelling, work, university or other activities. So we don't spend all our time together, and everyone has their own routine and plenty of space. We really like this mix of being social while still having our independence. Aura works in finance and loves travelling. Stefan is currently studying civil engineering and enjoys cycling. Micaela works in marketing and likes staying active. Emma works at Nespresso and is always up for a good chat in the kitchen. The room The room is around 21 m², spacious and comes fully furnished. It includes a bed, desk, chairs and several wardrobes. The highlight is that you have your own private balcony directly accessible from the room. The apartment is fully equipped and includes a shared living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a large shared balcony, which is especially nice during the summer. Availability The room is available immediately until the end of December and will be rented out fully furnished. If you're looking for an international, open and easy-going flatshare where people enjoy spending time together but also value their own space, we'd love to hear from you! Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you're doing in Munich. 😊
