Wohnung in Berlin, Rummelsburg

Hey everyone! I’m subletting my cozy flat in Friedrichshain/Lichtenberg, a calm and relaxing neighborhood that’s very well connected but still quiet. It’s on the 1st floor of a small building with a shared garden in the back, perfect for a morning coffee or to unwind after a long day. The flat has everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a nice sound system with a vinyl player for music lovers, plus an Apple Display you can use for work. The mattress is very comfortable, and the space has an easygoing, homely vibe. You’ll find free parking on the street, and getting around is simple. Nöldnerplatz and Rummelsburg stations are just a short walk away, Ostkreuz is about 10 minutes on foot, and Boxi (Boxhagener Platz) about 8 minutes by bike. If you like to stay active, the Holmes Place gym is only two blocks away and includes a sauna and pool. Feel free to reach out if you’d like more details
