Room & Apartment: The room is super bright with large windows and a direct view of the green Hertzbergplatz. It will be handed over unfurnished (a mattress is available to keep or move out upon request). You’ll be living in a spacious 4-room flat. The heart of the apartment is our big, cozy kitchen with a couch – perfect for cozy evenings or Sunday brunches. Extra storage includes a pantry room, your own basement compartment, and secure bike parking in the backyard. The house community is super friendly and helpful. Note: If this room is too big or expensive, my flatmate is renting her 12 m² room for €435. Location: Located on Sonnenallee in Neukölln, right between the canal and Rixdorf (Hertzbergplatz). * Public Transport: M41 & 171 right outside the front door; S-Sonnenallee (Ringbahn) <10 mins; U7 Karl-Marx-Straße ~12 min walk. * Neighborhood: Rewe, Lidl, Arabic supermarkets, Spätis, and charming spots like Böhmischer Platz & Richardplatz are right around the corner. Perfect for walks along the canal (or playing minigolf right on our doorstep!). Flatshare & Life: You’ll live with Yannick (32) and Kay (28), plus a third person moving in on Nov 1st. Both are open-minded, friendly, and busy with work/hobbies, but always up for a shared breakfast, chats, or table tennis/minigolf. The motto is: "everything can, nothing must." Reliability regarding cleanliness and sticking to the cleaning schedule is essential to us out of mutual respect. IMPORTANT (Temporary Stay & WG Situation) The flatshare is currently dissolving as the rental contract is terminated at the end of January. Therefore, the room is limited until the end of January. While we are trying to negotiate a new lease with property management, the outcome is uncertain. Despite this transition, we’re doing our best to maintain a warm and cozy atmosphere until the very end!
